We are seeking a strong individual to add to our team as our Client Renewals & Subscriptions Coordinator.

Summary

The objective of the Client Renewals & Subscriptions Coordinator (CRSC) is to be the go to person for all client renewal and subscription issues in the company. This is a client facing position that is a hybrid role between customer service and finance. Responsibilities and Duties
Process all product and service subscription renewals
Send renewal quotes and invoices
Follow up on quotes and invoices
Create purchase orders for renewal orders
Place renewal orders with vendors when appropriate
Process renewal vendor invoices
Escalate renewal questions and issues to related client Account Executive/Manager
Work with Finance to ensure accurate recording of renewal data in accounting system
Provide subscription reports and metrics as requested
Maintain high renewal rate
Maintain accurate subscription data in CRM (product/service description, # of licenses, subscription amount, renewal date, etc.)
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, issues and concerns related to renewals
Log all client calls and emails related to renewals in our CRM

Qualifications, Skills, & Experience

Minimum 3 years of account management or renewal management experience
Strong experience with CRM software (SugarCRM, Salesforce, etc.)
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Successful track record of client relationship development
Friendly with the ability to build relationships quickly
Extremely organized with excellent follow-up
Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time productively
Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time
Strong communication skills in both email and verbal
Professional demeanor
Desire to be the best
