MediaDev is a leading B2B Pre-Sales and Lead Generation Firm focused on the IT industry is looking for top Software Pre-Sales Executives for lead generation activities, to work in-house to cover German speaking markets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Are you a native speaker of German or do you have exceptional communication skills having lived for years in a German-speaking country or having handled German-speaking markets for outbound telesales projects? Do you bring with you a good technical background, sharp sales skills, a positively contagious work attitude and enthusiasm for what you do, and enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic team environment? This may be the role for you!
Our top candidate will have:
• Experience with sales/ marketing/ lead generation work in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Good technical understanding regarding Cloud, software solutions, digital transformation, data management.
• The ability to be flexible, detail oriented, work with a high-level of accuracy, and be autonomous in time management.
• A proven track record of being a “go getter” who doesn’t back down from a challenge.
• The motivation and enthusiasm to work in a dynamic and unique environment outside that of the “standard” BPO.
Commissions are uncapped and are paid on a monthly basis, giving top performers the option to be top earners.

We are looking to hire viable candidates now and not wait until the end of confinement to onboard you. We may consider home-based work to start and can offer flexibility to work partial from home, partially from our office (in Ortigas or Legazpi City in Bicol) once the lockdown is lifted. Weekend work is never required.
